The prices below are a general guide to help you understand the likely cost of our services.
Every project is different, and not every customer requires support from start to finish.
Fireplace, Swimming Pool and Pool Barrier Consents
Preparation and coordination of the documentation required for a standard building consent application.
From $240
Including GST
Sheds, Garages and Outbuildings
Building consent application preparation and document coordination for standard sheds, garages and residential outbuildings.
From $850
Including GST
Relocated Dwellings Packages
Consent coordination for relocated homes, including identifying the required plans, reports and supporting documents and working with the relevant professionals.
From $2,500
Including GST
Requests for Further Information
Help understanding and responding to Council Requests for Further Information, including coordinating information from designers, engineers and other specialists where required.
Usually $403 – $920
Including GST
Depending on the complexity and work required.
CCC and Certificate of Acceptance Support
Assistance with outstanding Code Compliance Certificate applications or applications relating to building work completed without consent.
Price on assessment
These matters can vary significantly, so we’ll review the available information before confirming a price.
Additional Project Support
For project reviews, Council correspondence, document coordination and other work outside an agreed package.

What Is Not Included?
Unless specifically included in your written quote, our prices do not include:
- Council application fees
- Property file or Certificate of Title fees
- Architectural or engineering design
- Surveying, geotechnical or wastewater reports
- Licensed Building Practitioner services
- Producer statements or specialist reports
- Resource consent or development contribution charges
- Construction, inspections or trade costs
Any potential external or specialist costs will be discussed with you before those services are arranged.

Following the initial consultation, we will confirm what assistance you require and provide either a fixed-price quote or an estimated cost range.
Some customers only need help with one part of the consent process, while others prefer support through several stages.
If the scope changes or additional work becomes necessary, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
